La maggioranza di centrosinistra che attualmente, con discutibili e alterne fortune, regge le sorti del Comune di Viterbo, ha contribuito ad approvare la “carta di avviso pubblico” per la buona politica, delibera del 15-10-2015, che fa riferimento all’eliminazione di ogni conflitto d’interesse e alla trasparenza dell’azione amministrativa, specie per quel che riguarda le nomine pubbliche, gli appalti, l’attività legata ad enti, aziende ad essa collegati. Oggi pomeriggio al Consiglio Comunale è stata bocciata la nomina di Ciorba padre, Lorenzo, a capo dei Revisori Contabili, nomina incompatibile con il ruolo ricoperto dal figlio Marco, presidente del Consiglio Comunale. Restano ancora due i conflitti di interesse acclarati in consiglio, quello di Martina Minchella, delegata alla Sanità per il Comune e figlia della sindacalista Cgil e ostetrica Antonella Ambrosini, e di Filippo Rossi, consigliere comunale, leader di Viva Viterbo e direttore artistico della rassegna Caffeina che riceve pubblici finanziamenti. Alla luce del’esistenza di questa carta il nuovo appalto dovrà svolgersi secondo regole chiare, precise, comprensibili da tutti.
