Sappiamo tutti che Blera è stata ultimamente nell’occhio del ciclone per la questione immigrati da accogliere che sarebbero potuto essere assegnati ad una struttura di Civitella Cesi se il sindaco ed il consiglio comunale non avessero approvato un documento con il quale, pur riconoscendo l’accoglienza come valore e rispettando ogni etnìa e le sue abitudini e i suoi costumi, comunicava, proprio in virtù del grande rispetto nutrito nei confronti dei 20 possibili immigrati da ospitare, che non era in grado di garantire il felice esito di una operazione che avrebbe portato gli abitanti di Civitella Cesi, in tutto 200, a dover convivere forzatamente con una rappresentanza straniera che numericamente avrebbe costituito già da subito il 10% della popolazione. Il suddetto documento era stato redatto da maggioranza ed opposizione a manifestare unità d’intenti e senso comune di responsabilità. Strano che alla stesura della “carta” non fosse presente proprio l’assessore alle politiche sociali e delegata per la frazione di Civitella (dove pare abiti) Sabrina Vergari, panunziana doc come tutto il pd blerano. Mentre il vicesindaco Ottorino Menghini, anche egli assente quel venerdi 5 febbraio, probabilmente era fuori Italia (ma altre volte pare fosse rientrato in aereo in tempo) restano oscuri i motivi per cui proprio l’assessore alle politiche sociali non fosse tra gli estensori e i firmatari dell’atto comunale, pur avendo poi votato per la sua approvazione.
