Nel Codice si fa riferimento per quattro volte a Casaleggio, al quale si attribuiscono poteri e competenze diverse: si prevede, anzitutto, per sindaco, assessori e consiglieri l’impegno (etico) di dimettersi a seguito di “decisione assunta da Beppe Grillo e Gianroberto Casaleggio o dagli iscritti M5S mediante consultazione online”. Si noti che viene ritenuta sufficiente la decisione dei due Capi dal momento che la consultazione on line viene soltanto indicata come alternativa possibile. Ai Due viene inoltre attribuito il potere di procedere alla costituzione di uno staff della comunicazione delle strutture “di diretta collaborazione politica degli eletti”. Ora, considerando che Grillo ha ormai di fatto rinunciato ad esercitare il ruolo di capo politico del Movimento, appare evidente che con questo documento per la prima volta viene formalmente e pubblicamente riconosciuto che la guida direttiva del Movimento è oggi rappresentata unicamente da Casaleggio e dal suo staff. Ossia da una persona e da uno staff la cui composizione non è mai stata resa pubblica. Inutile dire che si tratta di una rottamazione della originaria linea-guida. Il dato politico è evidente: a Casaleggio viene pubblicamente riconosciuto il ruolo di capo del nuovo soggetto politico. Forse è giunto il momento che la base del Movimento reagisca per riaffermare che il medesimo è degli iscritti e non di una società di capitali. Senza dire che un eventuale intervento del Tribunale potrebbe costringere il Guru a svelare le carte che lo hanno messo alla guida del nuovo soggetto politico.
