Dopo una lunga assenza il Psi torna da avere una sua sede a Viterbo, in pieno centro storico, che sarà inaugurata il prossimo 10 marzo: la cosa è stata possibile grazie alla costituzione di una associazione per il partito socialista viterbese che è stata da poco costituita e che si accollerà di mese in mese i costi necessari. Decisivo per il “gran ritorno” a Viterbo la ferrea volontà e il dinamismo organizzativo del Presidente provinciale e consigliere nazionale del partito Aldo Filosa, che incontriamo mentre è impegnato a risolvere le ultime questioni burocratiche prima dell’attesa riapertura.
- In tempi come questi di pensiero unico e di sinistra assorbita dal moderatismo centrista come mai ha deciso di riaprire la sede viterbese?
“Perchè un uomo di sinistra come me, che è nato politicamente per difendere i più deboli, i lavoratori, non può rassegnarsi dinanzi allo stato di sociale sfacelo che sta vivendo la sinistra italiana: assorbita in gran parte da un partito neocentrista come il Pd o eternamente post comunista ed inutilmente velleitaria. Bisogna tornare all’idea di partenza, antecedente alla scissione di Livorno del 21, ad un partito socialista democratico che non demonizzi il capitalismo, ma lo superi storicamente, dando luogo ad una redistribuzione della ricchezza e ad un welfare che privilegi in ogni caso l’equità sociale, troppo spesso ignorata in questi anni così come dia nuovo impulso ad un mercato del lavoro che non può fare solo della estrema flessibilità il suo credo, ma che unisca ad una certa indispensabile mobilità e al tramonto del posto fisso delle regole agili, ma che tutelino e non opprimano i lavoratori e soprattutto che offrano loro sempre nuovi metodi di reinserimento in caso di difficoltà o di protezione sociale”.
- Il Psi riapre in un momento di grave difficoltà per Viterbo, con una amministrazione che non si dimette seppure in perenne crisi …
“Lo dico subito, noi siamo completamente alternativi a questa amministrazione di centrosinistra lontanissima da quello che dovrebbe essere il suo popolo, tutta chiusa in se stessa a conservare ed aumentare i propri privilegi. Sono stati due anni completamente fallimentari, dove non si sono contate le iniziative infelici, i conflitti di interesse, le decisioni poco comprensibili. Michelini probabilmente si è trovato in un gioco più grande di lui, non ha saputo cambiare direzione in tempo, credo sinceramente che la sua esperienza a Palazzo dei Priori sia da archiviare. Non so come abbiano potuto accettare questo andazzo i consiglieri della sinistra pd, protestano protestano, ma sono sempre lì … a questo punto sono corresponsabili del disastro”.

“E’ un alleanza ibrida che non costituisce una vera alleanza, ma un patto di potere e basta. Vedo un partito che naviga a vista per mantenere in vita la sua classe dirigente infischiandosene della sua base. Noi del Psi abbiamo voglia di riprendere a lottare per una causa che viene attaccata da tutti. ma che rimane la prima e più gloriosa della sinistra italiana, anche dopo i bui anni 80 che hanno dato adito a qualcuno di toglierci dai giochi … Ma è acqua passata, chi doveva beneficiare del nostro allontanamento dal potere non si è dimostrato migliore, mi pare evidente..”.

“Anche al Pci sicuramente che ora maschera il suo fallimento storico diventando neo-democristiano pur di non compiere mai in maniera definita la svolta socialista, che resta sempre a metà. Certi mascheramenti o revisionismi che si vedono in giro sono allucinanti.”.

“Riattivare la coscienza critica di una sinistra praticamente inesistente in città e poi occuparci del sociale, evidenziare come le stesse identiche clientele stiano soffocando da anni la città. Si respira una brutta aria a Viterbo, un’aria di rassegnazione da parte dei cittadini che protestano con la non partecipazione, lasciando sempre più la città in mani non sicure. Bisogna almeno provare a smuovere le acque, non si può continuare ad essere il solito feudo protetto dei soliti noti… bisogna cambiare radicalmente corso …”.
