Difficilmente si visse in passato un periodo politico così oscuro e avaro di prospettive, con partiti politici in grave difficoltà: per un Pd sempre più spaccato e diviso a capo di una amministrazione di centrosinistra in crisi nera a Palazzo dei Priori c’è una Forza Italia dilaniata da una guerra intestina che potrebbe presto portare a soluzioni clamorose. Sotto accusa il commissario- coordinatore provinciale del partito Dario Bacocco (in alto a destra) che fu nominato lo scorso anno dal senatore e coordinatore regionale Claudio Fazzone (in alto a sinistra) con l’incarico di riorganizzare il partito sul territorio. Bacocco però non si è comportato come ci si aspettava e ha a sua volta nominato un suo coordinamento provinciale senza tenere conto degli equilibri presenti nel partito, privilegiando l’area più vicina all’ex assessore regionale Francesco Battistoni; un’area pare disponibile a più larghe intese in un’ottica di partito della nazione (Battistoni avrebbe già concluso un accordo con il “moderato e riformista” Fioroni per le prossime elezioni). Queste sue scelte non sono andate giù ai club azzurri e allo stesso Giulio Marini che lo ha invitato più volte a cambiare atteggiamento, definendo il nuovo coordinamento “illegittimo”. Lo stesso Fazzone pare abbia invitato più volte Bacocco a convocare al più presto i nuovi congressi, ma non sarebbe stato ascoltato; a quel punto sembra che Fazzone abbia vergato una lettera di proprio pugno indirizzata al coordinatore provinciale, una nota di ammonizione per il suo comportamento. La voce, parzialmente confermata dallo stesso Marini, è destinata ad accendere un forte dibattito in Forza Italia e ad avere conseguenze anche finora aspettate. La base del partito è comunque contraria ad ogni convergenza programmatica con i fioroniani moderati e riformisti, confermando di voler essere alternativa a forze provenienti dal centrosinistra che considera lontane da sè politicamente e possibili alleate occasionali solo su episodiche battaglie di interesse civico a livello locale e sempre partendo da una propria identità di centrodestra.
